Discord notifications and automatic role assignment for customers.
Description
Most hosting customers live in Discord, not in your billing panel. An order confirmation or a ticket reply sits unread in their inbox while they are three tabs away in your server.
Discord Link connects a customer's Discord account to their Paymenter account, then sends them a direct message when something happens: an order created, an invoice issued, a ticket answered. Customers pick which events they want, so it does not turn into noise.
What it does
- Direct messages: order created, order updated, user created, invoice created, and more, each toggleable by the customer.
- Ticket notifications: replies and status updates arrive in Discord immediately.
- Automatic roles: give clients a Discord role based on whether they have an active service, with separate handling for free and paid services.
- Role history: an audit log of every role assignment and removal, with the reason attached.
- OAuth based: linking uses Discord's own OAuth flow, so you never handle a password.
- Light and dark: the account page follows the Paymenter theme the customer is using.
