What isn’t included

  • No SSH access. You manage everything from the admin area.
  • Your own extensions and themes are welcome, but they’re your responsibility. If an update clashes with them, we restore a backup.
  • We don’t host Wings. For Pterodactyl and Pelican you connect your own nodes.
  • Support replies within 1 to 2 business days.
  • We aim for 99.5% availability a month: a target, not a guarantee.

Questions

Can I install my own extensions or themes?

Yes, upload them in the admin area like you would on your own server. We keep the software and our addons updated; if an update clashes with your own code, we restore a backup and you can adjust it.

Do I get SSH access?

No. You get full admin access, which is where uploads and settings happen.

Do you host the game servers?

No. For Pterodactyl and Pelican we host the software itself; you connect your own nodes running Wings.

Can I add or remove addons later?

Yes, from your dashboard. The difference is settled on your next invoice.

Where is everything hosted?

In Europe or the United States; you choose when you order.

Which currencies can I pay in?

Euros, US dollars or Australian dollars. Pick yours in the menu at the top; you’re charged in that currency.

Is there an uptime guarantee?

We aim for 99.5% availability a month and fix problems as soon as we can; our SLA has the details. It’s a target, not a guarantee.
