Description
Gift codes are one of the few promotions that cost nothing until they are used. They work as a support gesture after an outage, as a giveaway prize in your Discord, as a seasonal promotion, or as an actual gift one player buys for another.
The Gifts Addon lets you create and manage those codes in Paymenter, and covers more than a flat discount.
What a code can grant
- Account credit: top up a balance the customer can spend on anything you sell.
- Coupons: hand out a discount without publishing a public coupon code.
- Services: grant a service outright, useful for prizes and compensation.
- Discounts: reduce the price on a specific purchase.
- Subscription extensions: add time to a service someone already runs.
- Product upgrades: move a customer up a tier without them paying the difference.
If you would rather reward customers continuously than case by case, the Loyalty Rewards Addon grants points automatically instead.
