The same questions arrive in your ticket queue every week. How do I install plugins, how do I change my server version, am I tied to a contract. Each one costs a reply, and the answer is not searchable anywhere on your site.

Helpcenter adds a knowledge base to Paymenter: categorised articles, linked FAQs, and a search bar, so customers find the answer before they open a ticket.

What it does

• Articles and categories: write guides and tutorials and group them, for example by game or by service type.
• Markdown: full Markdown formatting for articles and FAQs, including tables, code, and links.
• Linked FAQs: attach an FAQ to an article so it only appears where it is relevant.
• Search: one search bar across articles, categories, and FAQs.
• Quick links: pin useful links, such as your Discord, to the Helpcenter home page.
• Analytics: ask readers whether an article helped, so you can see which ones actually work.
• Mobile friendly: responsive layout, and it follows Paymenter light and dark mode.
• Simple installation: drag and drop one folder, built to Paymenter standards so it works with any theme.
