Manual Servers | Paymenter

Paymenter automates provisioning for things it has a module for. Everything else, colocation, a dedicated box, a managed service, a custom install, falls back to a ticket and a spreadsheet, and the customer has no idea how far along their order is.

Manual Servers gives those products a proper workflow: you define the setup steps once, then work through them as a checklist while the customer watches the progress from their dashboard.

What it does

• Configurable steps: define the sequence once, for example verify domain, configure DNS, install software, finalise. They become a checklist in the admin panel.
• Visible progress: the customer sees which steps are done, with the date and time each was completed.
• Client messages: send a message about the setup, for instance asking them to change a DNS record, without opening a ticket.
• Credentials: enter a username and password to hand over, stored in the database and delivered to the customer.
• Quick action buttons: add custom buttons linking to a control panel, dashboard, or external tool.
• Discord integration: get notified when an order comes in and when a server is deployed.
• Status updates: deployment status sits next to service status, so you can see at a glance what still needs work.
