Description
Paymenter emails customers about invoices and services, and nothing else. There is no way to tell your customers about a new product, a maintenance window, or an offer, so most hosts end up exporting addresses into a separate mailing tool and keeping two lists in sync.
Newsletter puts the whole thing in the panel: a signup page for visitors, groups built from your own customer data, campaigns written in a rich editor, and emails that go out on their own when a service or an invoice reaches a certain point.
What it does
- Signup page with double opt-in: visitors subscribe at
/newsletterand confirm by email, or subscribe directly if you turn confirmation off. - Campaigns with a rich editor: write the subject and content, pick a group, and check it against a live preview filled with sample data.
- Groups from real data: newsletter signups, all customers, customers filtered by product, category or service status, or a list you pick by hand.
- Automatic emails: seven triggers, including a service expiring soon, an overdue invoice, a customer who never ordered, and winning back a cancelled customer.
- Reusable templates: keep your standard layouts and start a campaign from one.
- Placeholders: drop the recipient name, their most recent service or invoice, and your store details into any subject or body.
- Queued sending: campaigns go out in batches of a size you set, with sent and failed counts per campaign.
- Unsubscribe handled: every email carries an unsubscribe link that works without logging in, and customers manage their preference from their account.
